摘  要:热采井自喷能力不足时需下入有杆泵抽油管柱,更换采油井口装置,增加了压井,更换井口以及下管柱的时间和成本,增加了井底的热损失,降低了注汽热采效果。为此,研制了BKR热采井口装置。该装置在设计上增加了BOP组合阀及双级光杆密封器,并改进和完善了油管头、阀门,在不动作业设备的情况下,可进行多轮次注汽、采油,实现注汽、焖井、自喷、有杆采油全过程的一体化。产品在叙利亚那塔卡油田应用表明,采用该装置后油井的平均吞吐周期延长28.6%,周期产液量增加44.9%,目前已累计增油1.58×104t。The pumping pipe string of the sucker rod pump is needed when the artisan flow capacity of thermal recovery well is insufficient and the oil recovery wellhead needs replacing,thus increasing the time and costs of well-killing and wellhead and downhole string replacement which means the rise of well-bottom heat loss and reduction of well operation time.To deal with this problem,the BKR thermal recovery wellhead is developed.The device mainly consists of gate valve,tubing head,upper flange,BOP combined valve,two-stage polished rod sealer and sealing-separating device.In steam injection and heating,the sealer is closed and the BOP valve is opened.High pressure steam is injected into the well bottom along the steam injection wellhead,tubing or tubing-casing annulus to heat the formation oil.It is easy to install the device and its sealing is reliable.The application of the device in the Lattakia oil-wells in Syria shows that,after adopting the device,the average production cycle of the well is lengthened to 198 days and the liquid output reaches 1,130 tons,with a total growth of oil production being 1.58×104 tons.
