摘 要:长庆油田广泛应用注水工艺,注水井井下作业较频繁。在注水井检串作业之前,必须停注检串井及周围的注水井,然后放喷,待水井压力下降到0.5 MPa以下时才能进行检串作业。为了减少水井停注次数,避免放喷降低区块地层压力,减轻环境污染,引进了不压井防喷带压作业装置。现场应用情况表明,该装置可降低油水井维护费用,减轻对油气层的伤害及对地面的污染,延长油气层寿命,为油气藏评价提供准确数据。最后分析了不压井防喷带压作业装置存在的问题,指出了该装置今后的研究方向。Changqing Oilfield widely uses water injection technique and the downhole operation of injection wells is frequent.Before the renovation of injection wells,the injection of renovation wells must be stopped,together with injection wells around them.The renovation operation cannot be performed until the pressure of the water well goes down to below 0.5 MPa.To decrease the frequency of stopping water-well injection,avoid block formation pressure reduction caused by well venting,and reduce environmental pollution,the blowout control snubbing tool is adopted.The field application shows that the tool can reduce the maintenance costs of oil-water wells,decrease the damage to the oil-gas formation and the ground pollution,lengthen the life of the formation and provide the accurate data for assessment of oil-gas reservoir.Finally,the problems existing in the tool is analyzed and the orientation for the future research on the tool is pointed out.
