新型止血绷带的研制及应用研究

摘　　要：目的设计适用于创伤出血急救的新型止血绷带,比较使用卡式止血带和新型止血绷带对人体的影响,评价新型止血绷带的效果。方法选取志愿者22例。每人分别使用两种止血装置进行右上肢动脉止血。对止血后的各项指标进行比较评价。结果新型止血绷带止血压力小于卡式止血带(P<0.01),并且视觉模拟评分和皮温下降幅度均小于卡式止血带(P<0.01),导致的皮肤损伤和水肿程度均小于卡式止血带,提示新型止血绷带对人体损伤小,优于卡式止血带。结论新型止血绷带是创伤出血急救的最佳选择之一。Objective To design a new hemostatie bandage, and compare the impact of the new hemostatic bandage and half- hitch tourniquet on human body. Methods The two kinds of hemostatic equipments were applied on the right upper limb of 22 healthy volunteers respectively. Measurements of the injury of human body were taken at the end of application. Results Compared with the tourniquet, the pressure, score of visual analog scale, the decline scope of skin temperature,the skin injury and edema were significantly lower with the new hemostatic bandage （ P 〈 0.01 ） ,which indicated that the new hemostatic bandage was better than the tourniquet as it caused slight injury. Conclusion The new hemostatic bandage is a good equipment for emergency hemorrhage control.
