摘　　要：目的探讨某基层医院护理质量管理的方法与效果。方法建立健全规范的护理管理制度和考评标准,重视业务培训,加大督查力度。结果护理质量、患者对护理工作满意度、健康教育覆盖率、护理队伍的整体素质明显提高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论护理质量管理是护理管理的核心,是保证护理质量、护理安全、提高护理服务的重要手段。Objective To explore the methods and effect of nursing quality management in primary level hospitals. Method The management measures included establishing standardized nursing management regulations and quality control standards, emphasizing on professional training anti strengthening supervision and inspection. Results This practice improved the quality of nursing,increased the patients＇ satisfaction and coverage rate of health education, as well as improved the whole quality of nurse team （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Quality control is the core of nursing management,which is the important means to improve the quality of nursing and ensure nursing safety.
