腹内压护理标识预警系统在腹部闭合性脏器损伤救治中的应用

摘　　要：目的建立以腹内压为主要依据的护理标识预警系统,为腹部闭合性脏器损伤患者的手术救治提供依据。方法比较应用腹内压护理标识预警系统前后腹部创伤患者的满意度、并发症发生率、预后及住院天数;同时比较应用腹内压护理标识预警系统后不同标识患者的手术率。结果应用腹内压护理标识预警系统后,各标识患者接受手术比例差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并发症发生率下降,患者满意度提高,住院天数降低(P<0.05)。结论腹内压护理标识预警系统的应用可以对手术时机的把握提供依据,提高患者满意度,以减少住院天数,降低并发症发生率。Objective To develop an early warning system with nursing marks of intra - abdominal pressure,and to provide evidence for the rescue of patients with close abdominal visceral injury. Methods The early warning system with nursing marks of intra - abdominal pressure was designed and applied in the rescue of patients with close abdominal visceral injury. The patients＇ satisfaction,complications, outcomes, hospitalization days and operation ratio were compared before and after the practice. Results After the application of early warning system with nursing marks of intra - abdominal pressure,there was significant difference in the operation ratio with different marks （P 〈 0.05 ）. Moreover, the patients＇ satisfaction was increased, the patients＇ complications and hospitalization days were significantly reduced （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The application of early warning system with nursing marks of intra - abdominal pressure can provide reliable reference for the time of operation,increase the patients＇ satisfaction,shorten the hospitalization days and reduce complications.
