计算机录入员承担病区住院费用管理的实践与效果

摘　　要：目的完善病区住院费用管理,维护患者与医院双方利益。方法病区设立专业计算机录入员专职负责病区患者住院收费。结果计算机录入时间缩短,医嘱录入的准确率提高,涉及收费的纠纷及投诉减少,医疗保险超额、拖欠医疗费现象减少,提高了护士工作效率及患者对住院费用管理的满意度。结论计算机录入员专职收费可提高病区护士工作效率及患者满意度。Objective To improve the management of medical charge and maintain the benefits both of patients and hospital. Method A post of professional computer input personnel was set up to manage the medical charge in the ward. Results This practice shortened the time of computer input, improved the input accuracy, reduced the disputes and complaints related to medical charge, decreased the phenomena of excess medical insurance and default of medical expenses,improved nurses＇ work efficiency and increased patients＇ satisfaction with medical charge management. Conclusions The practice of medical charge management by professional computer input personnel can improve nurses＇ work efficiency, increase patients＇ satisfaction, protect the benefits both for the patients and hospital and safeguard the reputation of the hospital.
