摘  要:经聚乙二醇(PEG)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)渗调处理的苜蓿种子不但发芽率高于对照组,而且幼苗的抗冷害能力也得到提高.两种渗透调节剂提高了苜蓿幼苗子叶的过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,降低了丙二醛(MDA)的积累水平和电解质渗漏的程度,说明聚乙二醇和聚乙烯醇渗调处理不但可以缓解低温吸胀对种子的伤害,而且还提高了幼苗抗冷害能力.Cold-acclimatization of alfalfa seedlings in 4℃~6℃ pretreated with PEG and PVA, seed-osmoregulators was studied. Germination rate of alfalfa seeds osmoregulated with PEG and PVA was higher than that of the control. Osmoregulation with two osmoregulator increases the activities of peroxidase, catalase and superoxide dismutase in cotyledon and decreases the content of malondialdehyde and leakage of electrolyte of cotyledon. The experiment suggests osmoregulation with PEG and PVA not only reduce the damage of seeds during low temperature imbibition but also enhance the cold-resistance of seedling of alfala.
