摘 要:通过对聚烯烃化合物的电老化过程中自由基浓度与击穿电压的测量,查明了两者的内在联系.认为减少电老化过程中的自由基浓度可以成为提高聚合物长期耐电强度的新途径.作为一个例子,报导了自由基清除剂在提高聚乙烯树枝起始电压方面的功能,对其介电性能和迁移性的测量结果表明,特定的自由基清除剂已具备了实用前景,是一种有效的电压稳定剂.The free radical concentration and breakdown voltage of polyolefine compounds during the aged process are measured, and the inherent relation of them is explored. Inhibiting the free radicals during the electrical aging process can become a new way to increase the electrical durability of polyolefine. As an example, the function of free radical scavengers for increasing the initiation voltage of treeing in polyethylene is reported. It is shown by the test results of other dielectric properties and migration of additive that the designated free radical scavenger is an efficient voltage stabilizer and has the prospect of practical application.
