摘  要:本文运用快兰焦油固紫染色法观察了7例人脑运动性语言区及右侧相应区的神经细胞密度,胶质细胞密度和指数,以及它们的年龄变化。结果表明:运动性语言区的神经细胞密度与胶质细胞密度较右侧相应区高,反映了左侧优化现象。进一步证明左、右半球在细胞构筑上的差异,并对神经细胞和胶质细胞间的依存关系进行了分析。The motor speech region of seven human brains were studied in companison with right homologous areas on the neuronal density, glial density, glial index, aging changing by using Luxol Fast Blue—Cresyl Echt Violet stain method. The results manifested that the neuronal density and glial desity were higher in the motor speech area than they did in right homologous areas. It shows the domonant phenomen in the left brain; and further prove that the difference is between the left and right hemisphere The corelation which is between the neuron and glia was analysised.
