摘　　要：住房制度改革向来是政府推进的项目。自1978年改革至今,已经解决了很多的住房问题,但依然存在着尚待解决的问题。本文通过分析温州"货币化分房"政策及执行情况,找出政策存在的问题,针对问题提出改进的措施。Housing system reform has always been the Government to promote the project. Since 1978, Government have been resolved a lot of housing problems, but there remain unresolved problems. In this paper, by analyzing the Wenzhou ＂monetization of housing distribution＂ policy and the implementation of policies we will identify and improvethe problems.
