摘　　要：我国以出口拉动为主导的实体经济在金融危机中遭受前所未有的考验之时,刺激消费,扩大内需是我国保经济增长的重要途径。农村人均消费和收入均仅占城镇的1/3,因此必须切实提高农民收入增强消费信心,才能最终保经济增长。When Chinese substantion economy leading by export is suffered severity test,the stimulating consumption to enlarge inner demand will be the important way to keep economic increase.While the consumption and earning of per person in country is only third of town.So,it shoud improve the peasant’s earning and enhance the consumption confidence to guarantee the economic increase.
