摘　　要：区域经济发展不平衡问题是我国改革开放以来经济发展的一个比较突出的问题。不仅会直接影响到各个区域经济的发展,并会深刻影响到整个国家的经济发展和现代化进程.本文对区域经济增长不平衡的影响因素进行了探讨,并提出了政策建议。The regional unbalanced problem of economic growth is a problem with outstanding comparison that economy develops since the reforming and opening up to the outside world of our country. not only the economic growth of different regionwould be impaired, but the whole economic development and modernization process would be hampered profoundly. the paper discusses factors influencing the disequilibria of economicdevelopment and then some policies are suggested.
