摘　　要：目的观察头孢妥仑匹脂片联用清淋颗粒和单用头孢妥仑匹脂片治疗非复杂性尿路感染的疗效。方法采用随机对照实验,治疗组99例给予头孢妥仑匹脂片联用清淋颗粒,对照组97例单用头孢妥仑匹脂片,疗程3～14d。结果治疗组总的临床治愈率为94%,总有效率为99%,对照组总的治愈率为88%,总有效率为92%。结论头孢妥仑匹脂片联用清淋颗粒治疗非复杂性尿路感染较单用头孢妥仑匹脂片获得更好的疗效。Objective To compare the efficacy of using cefditoren pivexil tablets and Qinglin capsule or using cefditoren pivexil tablets singly in the treatment of non-complex urinary tract infection. Methods Random control test was employed in the research with 99 cases in the treatment group （using cefditoren pivexil tablets and Qinglin capsule） and 97cases in the control group （ using cefditoren pivexil tablets singly）, and the course of treatment was 3- 14 days. Results In the treatment group the clinical cure rate was 94% ,the effective rate was 99%. In the control group the clinical cure rate was 88% ,the effective rate was 92%. Coneinsion The clinical total effective rate of non-com- plex urinary tract infection are better in using cefditoren pivexil tablets and Qinglin capsule than using cefditoren pivexil tablets singly.
