注射用哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠(8∶1)药效学比较研究

摘　　要：目的考察注射用哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠[8∶1,PPCL-SBT(8∶1)]、注射用哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠[4∶1,PPCL-SBT(4∶1)]、注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠[8∶1,PPCL-TZBT(8∶1)]的体内抗菌试验,比较3种受试物的ED50值。方法分别以金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)、肺炎克雷伯菌(K.pneumoniae)、大肠杆菌(E.coli)作为感染菌对小鼠进行腹腔注射,对已感染的小鼠按不同组别分别静脉注射PPCL-SBT(8∶1)、PPCL-SBT(4∶1)和PPCL-TZBT(8∶1)各剂量,计算半数有效量(ED50)。结果PPCL-SBT(8∶1)、PPCL-SBT(4∶1)和PPCL-TZBT(8∶1)对S.aureus感染小鼠的ED50分别为803.8、947.8和785.7mg/kg,对K.pneumoniae感染小鼠的ED50分别为685.4、670.1和544.5mg/kg,对E.coli感染小鼠的ED50分别为1108.7、1133.9g和1076.4mg/kg。其ED50值经t检验比较,差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PPCL-SBT(8∶1)、PPCL-SBT(4∶1)和PPCL-TZBT(8∶1)对S.aureus、K.pneumoniae、E.coli感染的小鼠均有较好的保护作用,且体内的抗菌作用相当。Objective To investigate the antibacterial in vivo test of piperacillin sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection（8：1、4：1 ）and piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium for injection（8：1）, and compared their ED50 separately. Methods PPCL-SBT（8：1） ,PPCL-SBT（4：1） and PPCL-TZBT（8：1） were given intravenously respectively to the mice, which systemically infected by S. aureus, K. pneumoniae and E. coli, then the ED50 were calculated. Results The ED50 of PPCL-SBT （8：1） , PPCL-SBT （4：1） and PPCL-TZBT （ 8： 1 ） against S. aureus were 803. 8,947. 8 and 785.7 mg/kg respectively;the ED50 of them against K. pneumoniae were 685.4,670.1 and 544.5 mg/kg respec- tively ; the EDs0 of PPCL-SBT （ 8： 1 ）, PPCL-SBT （ 4： 1 ） and PPCL-TZBT （ 8 ： 1 ） against E. coli were 1 108. 7,1 133.9 and 1 076.4 mg/kg respectively. There was no significant difference in their EDs0 （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion PPCL- SBT（ 8：1 ） ,PPCL-SBT（4：1 ） and PPCL-TZBT（ 8：1 ） have relatively good protection to the mice provoked by S. aureus, K. pneumoniae and E. coli, and the antibacterial activity in vivo of them are the same.
