摘 要:在高压微反装置上,以苯乙烯为反应模型化合物,建立了气相色谱内标法定量分析裂解汽油一段加氢催化剂活性的方法,研究了RY-1催化剂对苯乙烯的加氢活性和对含硫、氮原料的加氢活性。结果表明:RY-1催化剂加氢效果好于进口催化剂L,但在纯烃加氢反应中单独抗硫和同时抗硫、氮中毒性能较差,单独抗氮性能较好;钙使催化剂的纯苯乙烯的加氢活性降低,而Y的加入提高了催化剂的加氢活性。The activity determination method of hydrogenated catalyst for pyrolysis gasoline in first stage hydrogenation section was established by gas chromatography internal standard quantitative in high pressure micro-reactor, styrene as the reaction model, then catalyst activity of RY-1 to styrene hydrogenated, and sulfur, nitrogen in the materials influence to the activity investigated. The results show that the RY-1 is superior to import catalyst of L in hydrogenated effects, however the ability of anti-poisoning in hydrogenated reaction to pure hydrocarbon is hypofunction for nitrogen/sulfur or sulfur, but better performance of anti-nitrogen. Calcium can destroy activity of the catalyst in hydrogenation of pure styrene, but the activity improved with Y added in the catalyst.
