摘  要:目的:优选榛子叶中鞣质的最佳工艺。方法:采用正交实验法优选榛子叶中鞣质的最佳条件,以含量为指标确定,采用EDTA络合滴定法测定含量。结果:最佳工艺为60%丙酮,8倍溶剂量,超声提取60min。结论:该工艺提取榛子叶总鞣质是可行的。Objective: To optimize the ultrasonic extraction of tannins in the leaves of Corylus heterophylla. Methods: To optimize the extraction process of tannins in the leaves of Corylus heterophylla by orthogonal design; the EDTA complexmetric titration was used for the measurement. Results: The best conditions for the extraction process were as followed, the ratio of material to solution as8: 1, 60% acetone solution, extracting for 60 minutes by ultrasonic wave. Conclusion: It was available to extract total tannins in the leaves of Corylus heterophylla.
