摘　　要：本文从介绍RoHS指令修订的背景入手,详细介绍了RoHS指令要求的变化,总结了对于国内企业而言指令的实质性变化,分析了应对这些新的要求国内企业应开展的工作。With the introduction to the background of EU new RollS directive, the detailed changes of requirements of recasted Rolls directive and the substantial changes of Rolls for China＇s producers is explained, to which the countermeasures for China＇ s producers is analyzed.
