摘　　要：本文在已发表的过程能力指数4个基本特性和单侧公差以及非对称公差过程能力指数文章的基础上,将对称公差有偏情况下的过程能力指数修正公式C_(pkr)与C_(pm)和C_(pnk)指数公式在对称公差情况下演变成的公式对比,发现了C_(pm)和C_(pnk)指数公式的错误,通过分析C_(pm)和C_(pnk)指数公式的分母,指出C_(pm)和C_(pnk)背离了过程能力基准。此外,对典型算例做了详细的对比分析。On the basis of the the articles published on the four basic properties of process capability index and on unilateral tolerance and asymmetric tolerance, the mistakes of the Cpm and Cprk formulas have been found by comparing the modified Cpkr formula for symmetric tolerance with deviation and the formulas formed from Cpm and Cprk formulas in the case of symmetric tolerance.Violating the criterion of process capability has been pointed by annalzing the denominators of the Cpm and Cprk formulas. In addition, a typical example to do a detailed comparative analysis.
