摘  要:介绍了天然染料在纺织品染色中的应用[如茶叶、姜黄、叶绿素等用于纤维素纤维的染色,栀子、高梁红、桑葚等用于丝绸(蛋白质纤维)的染色,茜草、紫草、紫胶等用于合成纤维的染色等]以及用于天然染料染色的一些新型染色技术(如对溶解性小的染料采用乳化分散的方法,使不溶解的染料处于稳定的分散体系,达到好的染色效果;通过超声波的高压搅拌作用,使染料颗粒解聚,分散得细而均匀,也可使纤维表面的动力边界层变薄,提高染料的上染速率和上染量,染色均匀性较好),并概述了天然染料抗菌和防紫外线等功能性的研究开发状况:很多天然染料都具有很好的抗菌或防紫外线等功能.运用天然染料的这些性能,可以考虑开发既具有天然染料特殊色彩,又有防紫外或抗菌性能的绿色生态纺织品.The application of natural dyes in textiles dyeing [tea leaf, curcumin and chlorophyl were used in the cellulose fiber dyeing; gardenia, capsicum red and mulberry were used in silk(protein fiber) dyeing; madder, shikonin and shellac were used in synthetic fiber dyeing] and some new technology(for example, emulfication and dispersion method was used for the dyes with low solubility to make the nonsoluble dyes be in stable dispersion system, thus good dyeing result could be obtained; the dye particles could be deagglomerated by the high pressure agitation, which could disperse the dyes to be much thinner and leveler, which could also make the dynamic boundary layer of fiber be thinner and improve the dyeing rate and pickup, and the dyeing uniformity was also good ) used in natural dyeing were introduced. The study and development status of bacteria resistance and anti-ultraviolet property of natural dyes were summarized, many natural dyes have excellent bacteria resistant and anti-ultraviolet properties. Green ecological textiles with natural dyes' special color and bacteria resistance or anti-ultraviolet property could be developed by making use of the above characteristic of natural dyes.
