摘　　要：重庆轻轨2号线工程在设备安装调试阶段,由于涉及专业多、接口关系复杂、协调工作难度大,故对各系统设备调试的统一管理是顺利完成调试的关键。要明确调试的目的,对调试的组织机构给予保证,并将调试划分为不同阶段。在调试过程中,采用调试现场指挥部这种管理模式进行统一指挥、统一调度和技术管理,使系统接口之间和专业之间得到有效协调和处理。The stage of equipment installation and commissioning is very crucial because it involves more specialities and complex interfaces, so it was very difficult at coordination for the first phase engineering of Chongqing light rail Line 2, especially for the centralized management of system equipment. To complete the system commissioning smoothly, based on the practice in Chongqing City, this paper introduces the method of organization and management briefly in system commissioning of light rail transit.
