摘　　要：分析了农九师土地利用现状和存在的问题,并结合土地利用总体规划、社会经济发展和生态环境保护的需要,建立线性规划模型,对土地结构进行优化调整,寻求满足社会、经济、生态三效益的土地利用结构优化方案。优化后的土地利用结构效果较好,主要表现在:种植业结构、农用地结构、建设用地结构均得到了较好的优化;耕地实现了总量动态平衡并略有增加的目标;生态环境得到了保护和改善;实现了最大的经济效益目标。This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of land utilization in Agricultural Division No. 9, combines overall land use planning the need of development of society economy and environment protection, establishes linear programming model, optimizes and adjusts land use structure, to seek the optimizing scheme to reach the optimization of the social, economy and ecological benefits. The result of optimization of the land use structure is better ： the planting structure, the structure of agricultural land, the structure of land for the construction are all in a better optimization; the ecological environment is protected and improved; the greatest economic goals are reached.
