摘  要:提出了一种新型的高效焊接方法——双熔化极旁路耦合电弧焊接法,并介绍了其基本原理。通过大量的工艺实验,找出了DE-GMAW焊枪组合的匹配参数,设计了焊接电信号采集系统,采集焊接过程中电压与电流的信号波形,并获得了无成形缺陷的焊缝。解释了高效焊接工艺的机理。实验表明:双熔化极旁路电弧焊接在本质上属于电弧焊的改型,在保证焊接质量的前提下提高了熔敷率,可以有效提高焊接生产率。A novel precess,referred to as Double-Electrode Gas Metal Arc Welding and introduced the basic prineiples of it.Through large amount of experiments,the geometrically matehed paramenters in torehset up of DE-GMAW (double electrode-gas metal arc welding) were found,designed of welding electrical signal acquisition system and the welding voltage waveforms ,welding current waveforms,and welding seam without defects were obtained.Based on these test resuhs,the reason that DE-GMAW can realize high- efficiency welding were explained.Extensive studies have been conducted to uncover the fundamental characteristics of the DE- GMAW process.Double-bypass MIG arc welding is a kind of improved are welding by its nature,the productivity of welding process has been effectively improved by substantially increase the deposition rate on the premise of the ensurence of the quality of welding.
