摘　　要：从分析焊接电缆的能耗入手,就怎样使用焊接电缆更节能进行了详细介绍,阐明了使用细、长电缆既耗能又不经济的观点,合理使用焊接电缆也是焊接节能降耗的有效手段之一。还分析了细、长焊接电缆对平特性、下降特性焊接电源的不利影响,就如何避免因焊接电缆引起的焊接性能问题进行了探讨。Based on the analysis of energy consumption on the welding power cables,this article detailed how to choice welding cable to saving energy,clarified the views of using long small diameter cable being not energy-consuming and diseconomy,and the rational choice of the welding cable being one of the effective energy-saving means.This article also analyzed the harmful effect on the CC＆CV welding power source while using small diameter welding cable,and expressed the views about how to avoid the welding performance problems which the welding cable caused.
