溪黄草配伍虎杖煎剂利胆作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察溪黄草与虎杖水煎剂配伍对大鼠的利胆作用。方法:采用十二指肠给药,进行胆总管插管术,观察溪黄草与虎杖水煎剂配伍对大鼠胆汁流量以及对胆汁成分的影响。结果:溪黄草水煎剂、虎杖水煎剂均明显增加大鼠胆汁流量(P<0.01);配伍组增加大鼠胆汁流量的作用远较溪黄草组和虎杖组明显(P<0.05),也显著降低胆汁中胆固醇和胆红素含量,增加胆汁酸含量。结论:溪黄草与虎杖水煎剂配伍有显著的利胆作用,优于单味中药的利胆作用,并对胆汁成分有一定影响。Objective： To research the choleretic effect of Xihuangcao with Huzhang in wistar rats. Methods： After a duodenal administration, a common bile duct intubation, we observed the flow of bile and the composition of bile of Xihuangcao with Huzhang.Results： In all groups treated with Xihuangcao or Huzhang especially, the biliary secretion could signlficandy be increased （P 〈 0.01 ）; Xihuangcao with Huzhang markedly increased the biliary secretion, better than Xihuangcao or Huzhang, markedly decreased the content of cholesterol and bilirubin, and increased the level of the bile acid. Conclusion： Xihuangcao with Huzhang has a markedly choleretic effect, better than Xihuangcao or Huzhang, and the bile contents was chanrged somewhat.
