摘　　要：通过对高层建筑沉降原因的综合分析,得出了高层建筑的沉降特征及其规律。由此分析理论与实测过程中的数据差异,提出数据处理的新方法,并选用1栋27层的高层建筑实例进行了验证。最后,提出曲线拟合模型,用M atlab软件进行回归分析。Through the comprehensive analysis on the cause of the settlement of high-building, in this paper, it drawed a conclusion about its characteristics and regulations of the subsidence. Then it analyzed the differences between theories and the actual process of the measurement and brought forward the new solution method and tested it by opting a 27-storeies building project. Finally, putting forward the curve fitting model and combining with the actual project,it made a regression analysis with the software of Maflab.
