西部地区发展产业集群的途径探析

摘　　要：产业集群是增强产业竞争力的重要手段,是实施中小企业政策的重要载体,能优化吸引外商直接投资的环境,也是我国乡村工业化的重要途径和载体,必然使地方经济实力不断增强。因此,产业集群是发展西部经济的重要手段,西部地方政府应通过为产业集群中的企业提供公共服务、加强产业集群服务体系建设,把公共政策重点转向促进集群的培育、发展、升级和创新上。Developing industry groups has the advantages of intensifying the competitive power of industries, attracting foreign investments, developing local economy, and promoting industrialization of rural areas. Local governments in Western China should offer public services for enterprises in industry groups, intensify service system construction for industry groups, and give priority to fostering, promoting and innovating industry groups.
