摘　　要：唐人小说中商贾形象的鉴定,不外乎正面与负面两分法,而依据的标准为是否符合儒家的传统文化道德,如此审美下的完美商人形象与商人精神的统一是"商才士魂"——商为皮相,士为心迹。故整个社会对商贾形象的审美标准是以德统美的,人物形象也因此具有浓郁的伦理性特征。There＇ re positive images and negative images merchant characters in Tang novels judged by the traditional Confucian culture and morality. With such aesthetic standard, the perfect unification of merchant image and merchant nature is the ＂business talent and scholarly soul＂ namely ＂a merchant on the surface with an intellectual inside＂. Under the domination of morality justice on merchant images, the merchants in the novels present rich ethical characteristics.
