摘 要:球磨机噪声主要来源于旋转筒体的振动。为减小结构振动产生的噪声,基于结构-声场耦合有限元方法,对旋转筒体的声、振特性进行分析,阐明筒体的结构振动模态特性,结构声模态特性及其声振耦合的关系,并找出对筒体噪声辐射效率贡献量较大的几阶结构模态。该分析结论对球磨机噪声机理的研究、有存储作用。Ballmill is a dominant noise source of power plant. Its noise is mainly resulted from the structural vibration of the rolling cylinder of the ballmill. To reduce structure vibration noise, ANSYS and SYSNOISE FEM codes, involving the analysis of acoustic-structural coupling effect, are employed for the analysis of acoustic and vibration characteristics of the rolling cylinder. Characteristics of vibration modes of the rolling cylinder and sound modes of the structure and their sound-vibration coupling effect are elab- orated. And the structural modes, which have large contributions to the noise radiation effect, are extracted. The results are of important significance in the analysis of noise mechanism and noise control of the ballmill, and in the design of new low-noise-ballmill.
