摘　　要：本文设计了一种利用DirectShow技术结合一种新的RCE算法实现视频数据加密的方案。首先介绍了RCE算法的加密解密过程和原理,然后研究了如何将RCE算法应用到DirectShow技术中,设计相应的Filter来实现视频加密。最后,通过实验检测对比,表明采用该视频加密方案,对视频数据具有加密速度快,安全性高,加密后数据零增量等优点。A video encryption transform filter based on DirectShow and new encryption RCE is proposed. First the RCE encryption algorithm was discussed, then how to apply the RCE eneryption algorithm to DirectShow and implement the video encryption was discussed detailed. The experimental result and conclusion indicate that this solution meet the requirement of application and provides high security, high speed encryption, and even there was no redundancy data add to the video file.
