摘　　要：本文利用Microsoft Speech SDK 5.1语音开发包提供的语音合成引擎COM组件,在Matlab环境下开发了一个能够朗读中英文混排文档的智能TTS系统,极大地缩短了语音合成应用程序的开发周期。实验证明该系统实用可靠,有很大的应用价值,可广泛应用于盲人计算机、即时信息服务、语音报警提示等领域。Using the COM of speech synthesis engine provided by Microsoft Speech SDK 5.1 speech development pakage,this paper developes an intelligent TTS system with Matlab which can read the texts written in both Chinese an English, greatly reduces the development cycle of speech synthesis application program. The experiment proves that this system is practical and reliable,it has strong application value and can be widely applied in the fields of blind computer, immediate information service, speech warning prompt.
