摘 要:采用反相高效液相色谱-内标法测定了土壤中甲磺隆和氯磺隆的含量.以苯甲醇为内标物,C18反相柱(250mm×4.6mm i.d.,5μm)为分析柱,甲醇/1%醋酸钠水溶液(Ф=50/50)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min;检测波长254nm,柱温30℃.在甲磺隆浓度3.92-39.2mg/L,氯磺隆浓度2.02~20.2mg/L范围内,各对照品与苯甲醇的色谱峰面积比呈良好的线性关系.该方法准确、快速、灵敏度高、重现性好.The determination method of the content of metsulfuron-methyl and chlorosulfuron in soil was established utilizing reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) by taking benzyl alcohol as an internal standard. The RP-HPLC was conducted on C18 reverse phase column (250 mm × 4.6 mm i. d., 5 μm) with methanol / 1% NaAc solution ( Ф = 50/50) as mobile phase. The flow rate of mobile phase was 1.0 mL/min. The detective wavelength was set to 254 nm and column temperature at 30 ℃. The chromatography peak area ratio of standard to the internal standard was very well correlated with the concentration of metsulfuron-methyl in the range of 3.92- 39.2 mg/L and chlorsulfuron in the range of 2.02 - 20.2 mg/L. The method is simple, accurate and sensitive and can be applied to the determination of metsulfuron-methyl and chlorsulfuron in soil with satisfactory results.
