摘　　要：票据公示催告制度是票据丧失的补救措施之一,目前我国公示催告制度仍须进一步完善。本文从票据公示催告期间的确定、公示催告期间申请人的担保或票款提存、公示催告期间转让票据的效力三个方面对该制度作了探讨,提出了立法完善的重要意义。Bill public summons for exhortation is one of remedial measures of bill loss. At present, the institution of bill public summons for exhortation of our country has great room for improvement. This paper discusses the institution from the aspects of term-calculation of public summons, obligee% guarantee or bill drawing and legal effect of bill transfer in the term, which are all waiting for further perfecting.
