摘 要:对云杉、杨木、桦木和枫木4种BCTMP进行PFI磨浆处理,探讨了磨浆后成纸的物理性能。研究结果显示,磨浆后的BCTMP具有高的成纸抗张强度,且通过提高成纸的弹性模量可以在一定程度上抵消松厚度降低对于纸张挺度的影响,使成纸挺度变化不明显;BCTMP细小纤维通过提高纸张弹性模量抵消了添加细小纤维后松厚度降低对成纸挺度的降低,使纸张挺度有所提高;BCTMP细小纤维对成纸抗张强度具有显著的作用,但不利于成纸的松厚度。PFI was used to refine the four species BCTMP pulp of spruce, poplar, birch and maple. The properties of paper made from refined BCTMP were discussed. It was shown that the paper made from refined BCTMP had higher tensile strength and lower bulk, but the stiffness of the paper changed a little because of result from the counteracting between the negative effect of lower bulk for stiffness and positive effect of higher modulus of elasticity for stiffness. The stiffness and tensile strength of the paper can be enhanced by fine fiber of BCTMP, especially for the tensile strength of the paper, but the bulk was reduced.
