摘  要:对某废纸造纸厂的生产废水采用了混凝沉淀处理和高锰酸钾预处理后混凝沉淀处理两种工艺进行研究。结果表明,废纸造纸废水采用混凝沉淀处理可以去除CODCr79.3%,BOD564.0%,SS79.8%,色度82.5%;而在混凝沉淀之前采用高锰酸钾进行预处理,可将工艺对CODCr的去除率从79.3%提高到91.1%,SS和色度去除率也显著提高。Wastewater from recycled fiber pulping was treated by two different processes:flocculation and precipitation, pretreatment by potassium permanganate before floeculation and precipitation. The result indicated that the removal rate of CODCr is 79.3%, BOD5 is 64.0%, SS is 79.8%, color is 82.5% by using flocculation and precipitation. And the process pretreatment of potassium permanganate before flocculation and precipitation can improve the removal rate of CODCr from 79.3% to 91.1%. The removal rate of SS and color can also be improved effectively.
