摘　　要：以高校教学改革、后勤社会化改革深入发展后所出现的新问题、新情况为背景,指出在新时期要充分认识到在学生社区开展党建工作的重要性和必要性,并通过对昆明理工大学学生社区党建工作的经验总结和存在问题的原因分析,提出开展高校学生社区党建工作的对策和建议。On the basis of the new problems and new situation after college teaching reform and further development of logistics socialization reform, the paper points out that the importance and necessity to develop the party construction in student community should be fully realized in the new period, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions by analysis of the experiences and existing problem in college students community of Kunming University of Science and Technology.
