摘  要:为了解不同浓度的氨化玉米秸秆对梅花鹿幼鹿营养物质消化率和生产性能的影响。选择健康、年龄一致、体重约20kg的梅花鹿幼鹿12头,随机分成4组,每组3头,精饲料饲喂量相同,分别饲喂用0%(对照)、3%、4%、5%尿素氨化玉米秸秆和原料玉米秸秆各50%(自由采食)的粗饲料,结果表明:梅花鹿食用尿素氨化玉米秸秆,显著提高各种营养物质的消化率,对梅花鹿幼鹿增重效果显著(P<0.05)。Effect of urea treated corn stalk on dietary nutrient digestion and weight gain in the period of growing sika deer were investigated. 12 growing healthy sika deer with body weight of 20 kg and about same age were randomly divided into 4 groups and there were 3 animals in each group. The experimental animals in each group were fed the same amount of concentrate with free access to 0 %, 3 %, 4 % and 5 % urea treated corn stalk. The results showed that urea treated corn stalk significantly increased dietary nutrient digestibility and weight gain of sika deer.
