摘 要:本技术吸收了卧式喷淋蒸发技术的优点,采用有利于实现蒸发液在蒸发器内空间蒸发的结构和调控条件,通过在不同工艺条件下对三种工质(水、SFP-AQ法草浆废液、烧碱法草浆废液)的试验,证实本装置具有空间蒸发、不易在传热管上结垢、除垢容易等特点,蒸发强度大,传热系数高。对易结垢的草浆废液蒸发处理显示了所特有的优越性,其蒸发强度平均达到25~38kg/m2·h,最高达到54kg/m2·h。此数值比目前国内报道值高2~3倍,处于国际领先水平。本文还就空间蒸发的控制,过冷温度差、喷淋密度、真空度、热负荷、工质对蒸发强度的影响,以及对除沫剂、除垢剂和除垢周期的筛选作了大量的探讨。The technology of space evaporation incorporates the advantage of horizontal spray evaporation and adopts the structure and control condition which help to attain the space evaporation of liquor in the evaporator. Through the tests of three working media (water and straw pulping black liquors of both SFPAQ method and soda method respectively) under different technological conditions, it is verified that the equipment has the advantages of space evaporation, non-easy to scale, easy to descale, as well as high evaporation capacity and high heat transfer coefficient. Through evaporating straw pulping black liquor which is easy to scale, the equipment demonstrates its superiority at an average evaporation capacity of 25~38kg/m2·h, maximum 54.8kg/m2·h, which is about two to three times higher than those reported in China hitherto, and stands at the head of the world level. Besides, the control of space evaporation, influences of subcooling temperature difference, spray density, degree of vacuum, heat load and working media to evaporation capacity, as well as selection of defoaming agent, descaling agent and period of descaling are explored.
