摘 要:用TPR和XPS对ZnO负载NiCu双金属催化剂中Ni与Cu的相互作用进行了研究,TPR结果表明,NiCu双金属催化剂中,Cu在低温下还原,而Ni在高温下还原,还原的Cu能促进Ni的还原,还原后Ni与Cu形成了NiCu合金。揭示了NiCu合金中Ni与Cu的结合强度与组成有关,Cu/Ni比越高,Ni与Cu的结合强度越高。XPS的结果进一步表明,NiCu合金中,Cu在表面上有一定程度的富集。ZnOsupported NiCu bimetallic catalysts were prepared by coprecipitation method and studied by TPR and XPS TPR results showed that copper in the NiCu bimetallic catalysts can be reduced at low temperature with Tmax around 493K, while pure nickel supported on ZnO can be reduced at higher temperature with Tmax=629K The presence of Cu promoted the reduction of Ni, and NiCu bimetallic alloy was formed after reduction Treating the catalysts in air at progressively higher temperatures after reduction, and then running TPR again revealed that the binding strength between Ni and Cu in the alloy depended on the Cu/Ni ratios, and the higher the Cu/Ni ratio, the stronger the binding strength XPS results further showed that Cu was enriched on the surface of the NiCu bimetallic alloy to a certain extent The present study also demonstrated that TPR is a very useful technique in the study of alloy catalysts
