摘 要:LDV在静态混合器流场测量中,测得速度由非正交坐标系向三维笛卡尔坐标系变换时将引起测量原始误差被放大。结合误差传递的原理对该现象进行了理论上的研究,并通过实验测量和数值模拟对研究结论进行了验证。结果表明:LDV在测量中的速度方向转换能引起测量原始误差在某方向速度值中被放大;放大倍数与用来测速的两束光之间夹角有很大关系,当夹角较小时,原始误差会被放大十几倍甚至几十倍,且夹角越小,放大倍数越大。The original error will be amplified by transformation from non-orthogonal coordinates of explorers to Cartesian coordinates during velocity measurement of static mixer's flow field by LDV. The phenomenon was studied theoretically based on the error transfer principle. The conclusion was verified by experimental measurement and numerical simulation. The results show that the value of velocity in some direction is amplified based on LDV measurement when velocity direction transformation. There is a direct connection between amplificatory multiple and the angle of two beams. When the angle is small, the original error is magnified more than 10 times or even several tens of times .And as the angle is smaller,the magnification multiple is greater.
