新时期村干部角色错位的成因分析

摘　　要：在现行乡政村治格局中,村干部角色严重错位。引发和加剧错位的因素包括村干部的理性算计、乡村关系的复杂性、村民的组织化程度低、激励保障机制匮乏和规范化制度供给的短缺等。In the current situation of＂ countryside politics and village governance＂, the role of village leaders is serious imbalance. Trigger and aggravate the imbalance factors include the rational calculations of village cadres, the complexity of the village, the villagers organized a low level, encouraging the lack of protection mechanisms and standardize the system of supply shortage.
