摘　　要：目的探讨中老年腰椎弓峡部裂手术治疗方法。方法对1999年来应用植骨、多爪钳夹式脊柱固定器治疗的16例中老年腰椎弓峡部裂患者进行总结。结果随访1～3年,所有患者腰痛症状消失,X线提示椎板融合满意。结论椎板植骨多爪钳夹式脊柱固定器治疗中老年腰椎峡部裂手术安全、操作方便、创伤小、固定确实、植骨融合率高、并发症少、值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the management of spondylolysis with multiclaw cliplike cervical spinal fixer in middle-aged and old patients. Methods Since 1999, 16 middle-aged and old patients with spondylolysis had been treated with multiclaw cliplike cervical spinal fixer. Results During the follow-up lasting 1 to 3 years, all the patients got excellent and good outcomes. X-ray examination showed that all the patients got bone fusion. Conclusion The operation approach with multiclaw cliplike cervical spinal fixer is safe, less wounded, simple and rigidly fixed.
