导管针在含液性疾病介入超声诊断与治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨导管针在介入超声中的具体应用价值。方法超声引导下使用EV针、静脉留置针及PTC针对含液性病灶进行穿刺诊断与治疗。结果449次穿刺均一次成功。导管针与PTC金属针穿刺结果相比较,导管针一次穿刺囊液抽尽率明显高于PTC针,无被膜下出血及其他并发症发生。结论导管针在介入超声中的应用疗效肯定、操作简单、准确、安全方便,优于PTC针。Objective To investigate the value of trocar for ultrasound-guided treatment of liquid-focus. Methods Ultrasound- guided puncture aspiration was performed in 449 patients with liquid-focus by using EV trocar, PTC troear and veinal trocar. Results All the punctures were successfully performed. Campared with common metallic catheter needle, trocars improved obviously in achievement rate and the punctures were successful without renal （hepatic） subcapsular haemorrhage and other severe complications. Conclusion Trocar for ultraround-guided biopsies in treatment of liquid-focus should be popularized because it is more safe and effective than a common metallic catheter needle.
