摘　　要：1930—1940年代,以信用合作社—县(市)合作金库—中央合作金库及省(市)分支库组成的三级合作金融组织体系已经初步形成,成为新式农业金融中的重要一极,也构成与农民银行及其分支系统组成的农业金融体系并立的新型农业金融体系之一。虽然以合作金库为核心的合作金融体系还存在资金来源的依赖性、网络的脆弱性、运转的非独立性以及在新式农业金融供给体系中的非主导性等缺陷,但它的建立对中国近代农业金融发展不无重要历史意义。它以合作金融的力量为近代农业与农村提供金融支持,成为近代乡村变革中的一注强力剂,并成为中国近代农业金融制度建设的一大创新。During 1930-1940,credit unions composed of three financial co-operation system,the county(city) Cooperative Bank,Central Cooperative Bank preliminarily formed.It had not only become an important aspect in the new agricultural finance,but also became one of the new type of agriculture financial system with which farmers bank and its branch existed side by side.Although the Cooperative Bank at the core of the cooperation of the financial system still has some flaws such as sources of funding dependence,network vulnerability,the independence of non-functioning,as well as the non-dominant in the new supply of agricultural finance system,its establishment has important historical significance to development the modern Chinese agricultural finance.It provided financial support for modern agriculture and rural areas with its strength of cooperation financial and become not only a great power to the rural transformation in modern times,also an innovation of modern agricultural finance system in China.
