摘　　要：介绍在线分析仪在检测半水煤气中微量氧含量中的应用,阐述磁压式氧分析仪的硬件组成、测量原理、以及测量过程中故障的诊断和处理方法。Application of online analyzer in detection of trace oxygen in Semi - water gas was introduced. Hardware components and measuring principle of magneto - oxygen analyzer were described, fault - diagnosis during detection and treatment methods were discussed.
