摘　　要：目的探索社区预防艾滋病健康教育有效模式。方法在武汉市选取6个有代表性社区,以社区为单位进行分层抽样,抽取社区管理人员、娱乐场所从业人员、外来务工人员、社区居民四类目标人群,进行多形式、多层次的艾防知识宣传教育活动,并于活动前后分别进行问卷调查及效果评估。结果干预活动后目标人群艾滋病基本知识知晓率有大幅提高(由73.95%上升到97.29%),差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且远超项目85%的目标要求。结论(1)社区是进行艾滋病健康教育有效的场所;(2)一个高能高效的工作执行网络是做好工作的组织基础;(3)一支高素质的骨干队伍是做好工作的技术保证;(4)有效的社区组织动员是做好工作的重要环节;(5)健康教育形式的多样化和内容的多元化是取得良好干预效果的有效手段。Objective To explore an effective mode of community-based health education on AIDS in Wuhan City. Methods Six dents have been carried out many forms of multi-level AIDS education .The method of stratified sampling was adopted, to analyze the effect of intervention through investigation by questionnaire. Results The knowledge awareness rate on AIDS in the target population has a substantial increase from 73.95% to 97.29% after intervention, which surpassed the project aim of 85%,with statistical significance （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion （1） Health education on AIDS can he carried out effectively in community. （2） The establishment of a highly efficient implementation network is the basic for doing a good job. （3） Training of the backbone team in community has been strengthened for supporting a good job. （4） To carry nut effective community-based organization and mobilization is an important part of doing a good job. （5） The diversification on forms and content of health education is an effective means to achieve good intervention effects.
