摘　　要：就煤层气地面开发与井下瓦斯抽放进行了探讨,并着重对其开发前景进行了综合分析,其结论是开发利用煤层气资源,是煤炭枯竭城市经济转型的良好项目之一。This paper analyzed surface exploiting and underground drainage of coalbed methane and emphatically analyzed its future development prospect. The paper obtained the result that coalbed methane resource development and utihzation was one of good items for economic transformation of resource exhaustion cities.
