摘　　要：研制了一种新型水下焊条TS202A。该焊条采用钛钙型药皮,并采用高粘度特种树脂作为粘结剂。焊条具有优良的水下焊接工艺性能、绝缘性能和防水性能。其抗拉强度达到500 MPa以上,强度高于TS202水下焊条,同时具有较好的塑性和韧性。A new kind of wet welding electrode TS202A with titanium-calcium coating and resin as binder was developed. The electrode has good welding property, dielectric property, waterproof performance, perfect plasticity and toughness with Rm of welded joints over 500MPa which is higher than that of electrode TS202.
