摘  要:在石油化工企业中,在非设计工况下运行的离心泵是很常见的,其操作流量低于设计流量,存在效率低、能耗高、运行不稳定等问题。用变角调节的方法,改变叶片入口角和曲率,降低叶轮流道水力损失并利用CAD对变角调节前后的离心泵叶轮进行三维建模,借用ANSYS进行受力分析和网格生成,最后将网格文件导入FLUENT进行数值模拟,找到泵在非设计工况下的最佳工况点。In petrochemical enterprises,centrifugal pumps are frequently running in non-design status. Their operational flows are below the design values and there exist problems of low efficiency, high energy consumption and instable operation, etc. With the angle adjustment method changing the angle of blades’ entrances and blades’ curvature, the hydraulic loss in impeller flow path can be reduced. The best working condition of the centrifugal pump in non-design status can be found by using the software CAD to establish 3D model of centrifugal pump impeller, applying the software of ANSYS to analyze stress and generate meshes, and at last, introducing the mesh file into the software FLUENT to performance numerical simulation.
