摘 要:文章对柴达木盆地西部花土沟油田50万t联合站的油田采出水处理系统不能正常运行的情况进行了分析,认为其主要原因是由于自然沉降罐和聚结除油器负荷超标、压力过滤罐筛管堵塞、污水储罐及工艺管道腐蚀、化学药剂与来液量不匹配、反应时间不足等造成的,基于此对系统的污泥泵进行了改造,对污水储罐进行了封顶,并对沉降罐进行了扩容,解决了水处理系统不能正常运行的问题,取得了良好的效果。This paper analyses the problems of the oilfield produced water treatment system at the 50 × 104 t gas-oil treatment station of Huatugou Oilfield, west of Qaidam Basin. The causes were considered as the exceeded loads on the natural sedimentation tank and coalescing deoiler, sieve tube blocking of pressure filter, corrosion of sewage tank and process pipeline, mismatching of chemical and coming fluid volume, and insufficient reaction time. Based on the analysis, the sludge pump of the treatment system was altered and the sewage storage tank was covered with a roof and the sedimentation tank was enlarged to resolve these problems. The alteration work was successful.
