摘 要:大型储罐(5万m3以上)浮顶单盘母材一般是薄板,厚度通常为4.5~5mm,面积大,焊缝密度高,所以很难控制焊后产生的波浪变形。文章阐述大型浮顶储罐单盘采用临时架台法进行安装时,控制浮顶单盘双面满焊焊接波浪变形的一系列工艺措施,实施这些措施可使焊接波浪变形比一般的自由收缩法大为减少,外观质量得到了显著的改善。The mother plates of single deck of a large-scale floating roof tank (over 5 × 104 m3)are generally of thin plates with thickness of 4.5~5 mm. Owing to the big welding area and weld density of the tank, its wavy deformation after welding is very difficult to control. A series of process measures to control the single deck wavy deformation during double-faced full welding when using temporary platform method for installing the single deck is presented in this paper. These measures enable the wavy deformation to be reduced significantly compared with the ecumenic free contraction method. and the appearance quality get remarkably improved.
